core modules, are released under the Apache License 2.0 and are subject to
the terms of that license. Open source components are available on
GitHub and
Maven Central under the com.slytechs.sdk group.
You agree to use our products and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary software beyond what is permitted by applicable law. You may not use our products to conduct unauthorized network surveillance or any activity that violates the privacy rights of others.
Sly Technologies, Vantage Platform, ExaViewer, ExaCapture, ExaVolume, ExaFS, ExaQL, ExaForge, Bonafide, jNetWorks, and jNetPcap are trademarks or product names of Sly Technologies Inc. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Payments for commercial licenses are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on software licenses. NET 30 terms are available for qualified enterprise customers. For refund requests, contact sales@slytechs.com.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sly Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
