Sly Technologies will provide full support on any production product and limited, best effort support for any technology preview feature. This applies to all current and past Sly Technology product releases.

The customer understands and acknowledges that "preview features" may not be stable and are not "full production quality" software. Sly Technologies will support these features to the best of its abilities. Only a best effort and due diligent attempt can be guaranteed to resolve issues related to "technology preview features".

Do not suport

  • Modified distribution packages (RPMS, DEB, etc)
  • Code development
  • System, Application or network design
  • Implementation and development of security rules and policies
  • Packages included to satisfy dependencies, or "incidental inclusions" when deployed on production systems.
