Sly Technologies will provide full support on any production product. This applies to all current and past Sly Technology product releases.

Do not suport

  • Modified distribution packages (RPMS, DEB, etc)
  • Code development
  • System, Application or network design
  • Implementation and development of security rules and policies
  • Technology preview features
  • Packages included to satisfy dependencies, or "incidental inclusions" when deployed on production systems.
